Mr. Shah, I am ready to send the closing documents out to the seller for the Lot sale. I have tried to contact you by phone today but got no answer. I need to know if you are coming to our office for closing or do you need me to send the documents out to you also. You will need a witness and a notary to sign on the documents with you. Please call me 478-328-7464 today and let me know your plans. I still need to send you the wiring instructions for you to wire the money  to us. Remember, I have not cashed the $2000.00 check as mentioned and will give that back to you at closing. The amount I have you bringing to closing is $6518.47. This figure includes all cost. We can only accept a wire. No cashiers check or money order.  Thanks, Janice

We can close as scheduled on January 23. We usually work on appointment times, 11:00 Am to 5:00 PM

, so let me know what time will work for you. As mentioned, I will need you to wire in the funds to close. I will overnite to you the wiring instructions and the amount you need to wire in for closing. We cannot accept a  personal check or Bank check. It has to be a wire. You should receive the overnite package Monday AM. I will send it to the Pickard Lane address unless you want me to send it to a different address.
