Discrimanation 2022

Today, jobs are available in many places through temporary agency and in Karunakala times, we were used instead of people who did not go to work. આજે ટેમ્પરરી એજન્સીમાંથી ઘણી બધી જગ્યાએ જોબ મળતી હોય છે અને કરુણાનાકાલમાં પૂરું થઈ ગયેલા.કરોના સમયમાં.જે લોકો કામ નહોતા જતા તો તેના બદલામાં.અમને યુઝ કરવામાં આવ્યા. જે મારી વાઇફ અને મનોજના એક જગ્યાએ કામ કરેં તો ત્યાં હમને કામ મળી ગયી. હૈ કલાક પણ વધાર મળ્યા કારણ કે કરુણાથી અમુક લોકો આવતા નહોતા અને એક દર્દી ગભરાઈને લોકો જીવી અને એન્જીનિયર.ગિનીસ અમે જરાપણ ચિંતા કર્યા વગર ગભરાયા વગર અમે કામ પર ગયા મસ્ત કરવામાં આવે અને કામ પણ કર્યું. જે થી થોડા ઘણા લાભો હમને મળી રહ્યા છે. હમારે સાથી પેલા ન્યાય રહે તો કેજે.એજન્સીઓ લા અમને કલાક નહોતા આપતા અને જે કાલે પ્રજા છે તે લોકોને કલાક વધારે આપતા હતા અને આ જાતનો ભેદભાવ કરતા થા હમેં કરોના સમયમાં તેમને માણસો ઓછા હોવાથી તેમને અમને અમને ઘણા બધા કલાક કામ આપ્યું કે 2022 માં અમારા માટે ઘણું સારું સારો સાબિત થયો.એટલે આ જાતનો અન્યાય તમારી સાથે થઈ શકે છે આ એક.નમૂનો છે અને ઉદાહરણ છે.સમાજ માં જાઓ.હું સમાજમાં લોકો સુધી જતા હોય તો થવાના ચાન્સિસ ઘણા બધા ઓછા છે.તમે કામ કરો છો. ઘણા બધા કંપનીના રેકોર્ડ પણ કરો છો. તમારે વાવા પણ થાય છે. છતાં પણ એજન્સીઓ કામ નથી આવતો કેમ કે પહેલો મહત્વ કાલી કાળિયા લોકો નું છે. ખાલી પ્રજાનું છે.એક કાળી પ્રજા.એ તમારા માટે.બહુ મતી હોય તો કાલે પ્રજાને વધારે કામ આપવામાં આવે છે આ જાતનો અન્યાય અત્યારે સાલો નોર્થ કરોલીના ના માં અને સાઉથ ઇસ્ટમાં પ્રમાણ વધારે પડતું જોવા મળે છે
