એ તારીખે હતી એપ્રિલ 7 તારીખે જનાવા માં આવ્યું કે તેઅલગ સુર્જરી આંખ ની અંદર કરવા માંગે છે એટલે કે આંખમાં ગેસ બબલ નાખશે એટલે બીજાના શરીરની બોડીમાંથી અને જે તમારો ટ્રાન્સફર કરવા નું છે તેમની સાથે ગેસ bubble ચોટી જશે એટલે કે તમારા મોથેર કે ફતહેર ની આંખ માં પણ તે બાબત ની ખામી હોય શકે છે જે વસ્તુ હોવી જોયીયે તે આંખ માં નથી તેથી તમારું વિસીઓન નબળું છે એટલે તમારો કોર્નેળ ચોટી જશે તે જરૂરી છે કોણીય ચોંટી જશે તેવું કહેવામાં આવ્યું હતું. હવે તેમાં બહુ સમજણ ના પડતા ઓગસ્ટ કરવામાં આવ્યું તો પછી ખ્યાલ આવ્યો કે કોઈ કોણીયો શું છે હવે આંખમાં સર્જરી કરવી છે તે એક રહસ્ય હતું કારણ કે તેમના કહેવા પ્રમાણે આંખમાં સોજો આવે છે તો કોણીઓ ટ્રાન્સફર કરવું જરૂરી છે પણ આ વાત કદાચ ખોટી પણ હોઈ શકે છે કારણ કે તેનું કારણ કઠણ મોતિયો હતો એ મોતિયો કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે તો કદાચતેની ની જરૂર ના પડે એટલે કોર્નેળ ટ્રાન્સપ્લાન્ટ ની જરૂર નહોતી કોર્નેળ ટ્રાન્સપ્લાન્ટઃ ન કર્યો હોત તો અને જો આંખનો કઠણ મોતિયો કાઢી નાખ્યો હોત તો કદાચ મને સારું દેખાય સખત અને આંખમાં દ્રષ્ટિમાં વાંધો ના આવત પણ તેનાથી ઉલટું જ થયું છે.
બ રમૂડા રન નક માં હાસ્પિટલ કોર્નેળ ટ્રાન્સપ્લાન્ટ માટે છે અહીંયા એક બીજા ની આંખ માં કોર્નિયેળ ટ્રાન્સપ્લાન્ટ થાય છે તે બાબત માં મને જાર્કારી નહોતી પરંતુ કેટરેક્ટ કરિયું હોટ તો શું હું કદાચ દેખી ના શકત તે એક સવાલ છે જે નો જવાબ ડૉક્ટર ને વારંવાર પૂછવામાં આવીયો છે કે કેમ ગેસ બબલ કરવું છે તો જવાબ અપિયો છે કે તે કેવીરેતી કોર્નેળ જોડે ચોંટી જાય છે જે ખરેખર સાચો જવાબ નથી
આ જગ્યા પણ કોની ટ્રાન્સફર માટે ઘણું જાણકાર છે અને તેની મોસ્ટલી ફેસીલીટી અને જે પેશન્ટની ગણતરી રિંગ કરવામાં આવે છે તેની મોટાભાગે કોર્નેળ ટ્રાન્સફર માટે જ આ જગ્યા ફેમસ છે વધારેપ્રખ્યાત જણાય છે અને મોતિયાનો ઓપરેશન નું મહત્વ નથી એટલે કોર્નેળ ટ્રાન્સફર મને રેફરેલ ડોક્ટર થી મળ્યો છે જેનું નામે ડોક્ટર weisley છે જેને રેફરલ વિન્સ્ટન સાલેમ વાકે ફોરેસ્ટ માં આપ્યો છે
વેસલી એને હું જૂન 2025 માં મળ્યો હતો
ડોક્ટરને એવું પણ જણાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું કે મારી ડાબી આંખમાં જો હું નીચેથી આંગળી મૂકો તો તે આંગળીને ઉપર દબાવી ને ડોળો ઉપર લવ ડોલો ઉપર લઈ જવું તો મને સારો દેખાય છે ત્યારે તેમને કીધું હતું કે આ કેટરીના લીધે થાય છે એ તમને સોજો આવી ગયો હશે થતું હોય હવે કેટ્રિક ના લીધે થતો હોય
તો પછી આવ્યા તો પછી આવ્યા તો પછી ગેસ બબલ ક્યાંથી આવ્યા ગેસ બબલ આ નાટક ખરેખર ખોટું હતું
તો જાણવા મળ્યું કે તે બાબતમાં બહુ ધ્યાન આપ્યું નથી તે નાટકની ભૂલ હોઈ શકે છે તો તેમના મગજમાં તો એવું ટ્રાન્સલેટ કરવું છે એવું મગજમાં હોવાથી કરીશું. કોણીઓ ટ્રાન્સફર કરીશું જરૂર છે તેઓનું મગજમાં હતું. કોનો ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ કરવાની જરૂર છે તેવું મગજમાં હતું તેમાં કશું ફેરફાર થયો નથી
તેનો મતલબ કે જાણી જોઈને કોર્નેળ ટ્રાન્સફર માટે મારો સારો બીજાને આપી શકાય તે માટે આ એક જાતનું ભૂલો તૈયાર કર્યો છે અને તે જ માટે તેલ ખરેખર ગુનેગાર છે કે મારો સારો કોણીય હોવા છતાં પણ કાઢી નાખ્યો છે અને બીજાનો નથી કોણીય સારો તે કોણીય ખરાબ મારી આંખમાં નાખવામાં આવે છે આ એક મોટામાં મોટો ગુનો કર્યો છે
જેના માટે સરકાર અને મેડિકલ ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટ બન્યો જવાબદાર છે કે મારી સાથે અન્યાય થયો છે કારણ કે હું બીજાને લીટી તરફ બાજુથી આવું છું અને મારી નિશાળેથી અલગ છે નેશનાલીટી અલગ છે મારી નેશનલ્ટી અલગ છે તેના લીધે આ લોકોએ ગુનો કર્યો હોય એવું લાગે છે
On March 3rd, the doctor stated that surgery would be performed and asked for a follow-up visit a month later. Dr. Li Weiley (Referral) and Dr. Matthew Geigengack.
During the second appointment on April 7th, it was revealed that a specific type of eye surgery was required—specifically, the insertion of a gas bubble to help the transplanted tissue adhere properly. It was explained that the cornea needed to attach; the underlying issue was a deficiency in the eye structure, which was causing poor vision. At the time, I did not fully understand the details—such as what a cornea actually is—until later. The necessity of the surgery was presented based on the claim that corneal transplantation was required due to swelling in the eye. However, this reasoning might have been flawed; the root cause was actually a hard cataract. Had that hard cataract been removed, the corneal transplant might not have been necessary at all. Had the transplant been avoided and the cataract removed instead, I might have regained good vision without complications; instead, the exact opposite occurred. I visited the hospital in Bermuda Run for a corneal transplant. I wasn't fully aware of the details regarding the procedure—specifically, I wondered if I might have lost my vision had I undergone cataract surgery instead. I frequently asked the doctor why a gas bubble was used; the explanation given was that it helps the tissue adhere to the cornea, though that isn't the complete or accurate answer.
I This facility is highly regarded for corneal transplants; it is widely known for these procedures and the associated patient care, rather than for cataract surgeries. I was referred here by Dr. Wesley, based in Winston-Salem/Wake Forest.
I met Dr. Wesley in June 2025.
also told the doctor that if I placed my finger beneath my left eye and pushed the eyeball upward, my vision improved. He attributed this to the cataract, suggesting there might be some swelling associated with it. But then, where did the gas bubbles come from? That whole situation regarding the gas bubbles was truly wrong.
It appears that the failure to pay proper attention to this matter might be a mistake on the part of the administration; however, the intention to transfer the cornea was clearly present in their minds. The plan to transfer the cornea remained unchanged.
This implies that the errors were deliberately orchestrated to divert my healthy cornea to someone else; they are truly at fault for removing my healthy cornea—despite its excellent quality—and replacing it with an inferior one from another donor. This constitutes a grave offense.
The government and the medical department are responsible for this injustice against me. It seems this wrongdoing occurred because I come from a different background and hold a different nationality; it appears my nationality is the reason for this violation
જ્યારે આંખ માં અલ્ટ્રા સાઉન્ડ ટેસ્ટ કરવામાં આવ્યો અને અલ્ટ્રાસાઉન્ડ કરવામાં આવ્યું ત્યારે તે ડોક્ટર ને રિપોર્ટ મળ્યો હવે તો બે વખત કરવામાં આવ્યું છે
એપ્રિલની સાતમી તારીખે કરવામાં આવ્યું અને ફરીથી અલ્ટ્રાસાઉન્ડ જુલાઈની 20મી તારીખે કરવામાં આવ્યું તો મતલબ શું છે કે તે લોકો સમજી નથી શકતા કે કોનિયો એટલો બધો કડક છે કે અંદરનું ભાગમાં શું છે તે જોઈ નથી શકતા એનો મતલબ એવો નથી કે એનું વિઝન નથી
.દ્રષ્ટિ ને અટકાવે છે જે કાઢી નાખવા થી પછી મળે છે કારણ કે કડક મોતિયો કોનીયો કડક હોય અથવા તો એની આગળના ભાગમાં મોતિયો કડક હતો તો તે મોતિયાને કાઢી નાખો તો કોનીઅ ને કશું નુકસાન થવાનું નહોતું.
તો કોર્નેળ બદલવાની શું જરૂર પડી એક સવાલ છે કે કોર્નેળ બદલવાની શું જરૂર પડે ?
સુર્જરી ઓર્ડર માં કોર્નેળ અડધો કાઢવાનું લખિયું છે સુર્જરી પછી તે બદલી ને આખો કોર્નેળ કાઢવામાં આવીયો છે
અને તેનું તેવો મેડિકલ ચારટ માં લખાણ છે
An ultrasound test was performed on the eye; in fact, it was done twice—once on April 7th and again on July 20th. The issue was that the doctors could not visualize the interior of the eye because the cornea was too opaque (cloudy). However, this did not mean the patient lacked vision.
The opacity was obstructing vision, and removing the cataract—whether the cloudiness was in the cornea or the cataract itself was dense—would have restored sight without damaging the cornea.
So, the question arises: why was a corneal transplant necessary?
The surgical orders specified removing only half of the cornea, yet during the procedure, the entire cornea was removed and replaced.

It looked like there was swelling in the eye, so I called ATM Health to book an appointment. I was told that no appointments were available nearby, so I had to select an appointment in the Steel Click area.
ડોક્ટરની એપોમેન્ટ મને 21 september તારીખે મળી અને તે દિવસે ભાગમાં સોજો આવ્યો હતો જે પહેલીવાર જોવામાં આવ્યો હતો કે વધારે સોજો છે તો એ દિવસે વાયલી એ પણ ડોક્ટરે ચેક કર્યું અને પછી તેને અલગ અલગ જાતના કેસ કર્યા આંખમાં એકની એક દવા બે વાર નાખી એમ અલગ અલગ દવા નાખી અલગ અલગ દવા નાખી ત્યાર પછી ખબર પડી કે તેમને આંખના પણ મેજરમેન્ટ કર્યું હતું અને બીજો ટેસ્ટ પણ કર્યા હતા જે મને ખ્યાલ નથી હવે તેમની સર્જરી માટે જુલાઈની 24 તારીખ આપી પછી જુલાઈની 22 કે 23 તારીખે આગળના દિવસે ફોન આવ્યો કે તે સર્જરી કરવા માટે ઉપલબ્ધ નથી અથવા તો તે સર્જરી નહીં કરી શકે તે સર્જરી નહીં કરી શકે તેનું કારણ જણાવવામાં આવ્યું કે તેની પાસે તેમની પાસે પૂરતા સાધન નથી અથવા પછી ફરીથી પૂછવામાં આવ્યો ત્યારે તેમને કહેવામાં આવ્યું કે કોઈ કારણ બતાવવામાં આવ્યું નથી કે કેમ એ સર્જરી નહીં કરી શકે એને સર્જરી કેન્સલ થઈ અને ત્યાર પછી મને રેફરલ આપવામાં આવ્યો તે રેફરલ હતો યુનિવર્સિટી જે મેં યુનિવર્સિટીની નજીકમાં સાલરમાં ડોક્ટર માગ્યો હતો અને ફોરેસ્ટ યુનિવર્સિટીમાં વિસ્તરણમાં એપ્રોમેટ આપી જે સમજવામાં ભૂલ હતી કે શું હતું તે ખબર નથી હવે તે એપોમેન્ટની ઓક્ટોબર મહિનામાં આપી હતી અને પછી પાછળથી ફોન આવ્યો કે આટલું બધા ત્રણ મહિનાને રાહ જોવાયા છતાં પણ તે એપારમેન્ટમાં નથી જઈ શકાતું તેનું કારણ કે ઓક્ટોબરની એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટના દિવસે holiday હતો એટલે કેન્સલ કરીને માર્ચ 2026 માં એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ છ મહિના પછી આપી આ એક જાતનું ભજવણી હતી કે ખરેખર ખોટું છે આ એક જાતની પજવણી હતી તે ખરેખર કર્યો છે
I received a doctor's appointment for the 21st september On that day, significant swelling was observed—more severe than had been seen before. The doctor examined the eye, administered various drops, and performed several tests and measurements. Subsequently, a surgery date was scheduled for July 24th. However, on July 22nd or 23rd, I received a call stating that the surgery could not be performed. Initially, the reason given was a lack of adequate equipment, but upon further inquiry, no specific reason was provided for the cancellation. I was then given a referral to the University hospital; I had requested a doctor at the Salar location near the university, but the appointment was scheduled at the Forest University extension—whether this was a misunderstanding or an error, I do not know. That appointment was set for October, but I later received a call stating it could not go ahead because the scheduled day was a public holiday. Consequently, the appointment was rescheduled for March 2026—a delay of six months. This situation felt like harassment; it was truly an ordeal.
સર્જરી પછી જાણવા મળ્યું કે સર્જરી કરનાર ડોક્ટર નહોતો ખરેખર ડૉક્ટર નહોતું અને જી ડોક્ટરે સર્જરી કરી છે તેને હું પહેલા મળ્યો નથી તે ડોક્ટરને હું પહેલા મળ્યો નથી તો સરપ્રાઈઝ કેમ છે એક સરપ્રાઈઝ એક ઘણો થઈ ગયો છે કે પાછળથી એક ગુનો બાબતમાં એ લોકોએ ગુનો કર્યો છે
તે સાબિત કરવાનું કેવી રીતે તો પછી ખબર પડી કે તે સ્ટુડન્ટ છે અને ડોક્ટરના કહેવા પ્રમાણે શીખી રહ્યો છે એટલે કે પહેલા તો એવો જ ભરોસો હતો કે જે મૈન ડૉક્ટર મત્થેઉં કરશે એ કીધું હતું મારથા કીધું હતું માર્થા લેડીઝ નું નામ છે જે વિસીઓન યોલ (IOL )ચેક કરે છે અને એ યોલ (યોલ^) મેઉર્મેન્ટ કરે છે
જુલાઈ 20 ના રોજ martha તેને કહેવા પ્રમાણે ડોક્ટરે માથેવ gaegengack ઘણા બધા ઓપેરશન એક વર્ષ માં હજાર ઓપરેશન કર્યા છે
તો તેનો અનુભવ સમજીને હું નક્કી થયો કે મારે હવે સર્જરી કરાવી છે પણ સર્જરીના દિવસે કોઈ અલગ ડૉક્ટર હતું તો તે ખબર નહોતી કે મારી સર્જરી કોઈ અજાણ્યો અથવા નવો ટ્રેનિંગમાં છે જે સ્કૂલનો સ્ટુડન્ટ છે તે કરશે તેવું જ્ઞાન નહોતું અને તેઓ એ મને કહેવામા પણ નથી આવ્યું એટલે કે મારી સાથે દગો થયો છે જે અહીંયા સાફ દેખાય છે સુગરી પછી જયારે 8-17-26 ના રોજ બંને ડૉક્ટર નો સર્વે જે મેં પેપર લીધો છે એન્ડ ક્યુએશશન પૂછવા માં આવિયા છે જે 8-17-26 દર.મેટ્ટેઉં એ અંસ્વેર કારિયા છે
જે મારા સવાલ હતા અને ફરી થી(યોલ) બાબત એન્ડ કરણોએ બાબત ના સવાલ 8-31-2026 ના રોજ જોર્ડન બેલ જેને જવાબ આપીયા છે ત્યારે મેં બન્ને ડૉક્ટર ને પૂછિયું કે મારી સુગરી કોને કરી છે તોતેમતે કહીંયુ કે તે બંને જન એ મારી સુગરી કરી છે અને ક્યાં ભાગ નો રોલ ભજવીયો છે તેહ કહેવામાં આવ્યુ નથી 2 વસ્તુ હતી કેટરેક્ટ સુર્જરી અનેકોરનેઅલ transplant
પણ august 3 ના રોજ જયારે જોર્ડન mackenzie બેલ ની મુલાકાત થયી ત્યરે મારા માટે સુર્પ્રીસે surprise હતી તેને કહીંયુ કે તેને(જોર્ડન બેલ) મારી પહેલે થી એન્ડ સુધી સુગરી surgery કરી છે
તો મત્થેઉં ગિરેગેંગક ના કહેવા પ્રમાણે અગાઉથી તેમને જુલાઈ 22 માં એવું જણાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું કે સર્જરી કદાચ સક્સેસફૂલ ના થાય તો શું કરવાનું ? તે સુકસેસર્સફુલ ના થાય તેની કોઈ ગેરંટી પણ નથી આપવામાં આવી એટલે આ એક જાતનું ચેલેન્જ હતું એ challange અમે સ્વીકારી લીધું હતું કે અનુભવી ડૉક્ટર મારી સુગરી કરશે પણ તેવું અહીંયા નથી થયું કારણ કે અમારામાં મગજમાં એવું જ હતું કે ડોક્ટર મેથ્યુ કે તેને ઘણો બધો એક્સપિરિયન્સ વાળો ડોક્ટર મારી સર્જરી કરશે પણ પછી ખબર પડી સર્જરી પછી છે ડોક્ટર જોર્ડન બેલ અમારી સામે આવ્યો જે મેથેવ ની મુલાકાત હોસ્પિટલ ની તે રૂમ માં આવીયો જે રૂમમાં તેને અલગ જ સરપ્રાઈઝ આપી
તેને કહેવા પ્રમાણે તેને (જોર્ડન બેલ ) કીધું કે તેને મારી સર્જરી કરી છે અને એ એવું પણ કીધું કે એની પૂરી આખી બધી પૂરી સર્જરી એને જ કરી છે એટલે હું ચોકી ગયો કે આ નવું સ્ટુડન્ટ અને જે નો અનુભવ નથી તેને કેવી રીતે મારી સર્જરી કરી સરજરી પછી ડૉક્ટર ની વિઝિટ માં અલગ અલગ વાયદા થયા આંખો દેખાતું નથી તેના માટે વાયદા પર વાયદા થવા માંડ્યા અને પછી છે તેમને 6 વીક માં સારું દેખસે તેવું કહેવા માં આવ્યુ પછી ખબર પડી 6 વિક પછી ખબર પડી કે મને 6 વીક પછી પણ દેખાતું નથી જે ખરેખર દેખાવું જોઈએ તો એ તારીખ હતી સપ્ટેમ્બરની 21મી તારીખડૉક્ટર ની એપોઇન્મેન્ટ હતી ત્યારે તેમને કહીંયુ કે કદાચ બીજી કોર્નેળ ની સરગરી કરવી હવે તમારા માટે સારો વેરી ગુડ કોર્નેઓ નાખવા માં આવશે જે પહેલા કોર્નેઓ સુ બરાબર નહોતો કે પછી સુર્જન ની ભૂલ હતી
તોહ ભૂલ તેવો કબુલતા નથી એન્ડ સાચી વાત બહાર લાવતા નથી અને હીડે કરે છે હવે ઓગસ્ટ 31 તારીખે કહેવામાં આવ્યું હતું કે તમે જ્યારે પાછા આવશો ત્યારે તમને પૂરેપૂરું આંખ માં ચોખ્ખું દેખાશે પણ એવું બન્યું નથી એટલે એ પહેલાંની બધી એપોમેન્ટ પણ ડોક્ટરે અલગ અલગ વાયદા આપ્યા છે કે એર બબલ કરીશુ કધાચ કોર્નીઓ ટ્રાન્સપ્લાન્ટ કરીશું અલગ અલગ ભલામણ કરી છે.
After the surgery, I discovered that the person who performed it was not actually a qualified doctor; I had never met the doctor who performed the procedure before. This came as a shock, and it later emerged that a wrongful act had been committed.
I found out that the person was a student learning under the guidance of the main doctor. Initially, I had trusted that the lead doctor—Dr. Matthew—would perform the surgery. Martha (a lady who checks and measures the IOL) had told me about Dr. Matthew Gaegengack, noting that he performed a vast number of operations—up to a thousand a year.
Based on his experience, I decided to go ahead with the surgery. However, on the day of the procedure, a different doctor was present. I had no idea that a stranger, a trainee, or a student would be performing the surgery; I was never informed of this. I was clearly deceived. Later, regarding the questions I raised, Dr. Matthew provided answers on August 17, 2026. Subsequently, Jordan Bell answered questions concerning the IOL and other issues on August 31, 2026. When I asked the doctor who had performed my surgery, I was told that both of them had done it, though the specific role each played was not specified; there were two procedures involved: cataract surgery and a corneal transplant.
However, when I met Jordan Mackenzie Bell on August 3rd, there was a surprise in store for me: she stated that she (Jordan Bell) had performed the surgery from start to finish.
According to Matthew Giregengk, they had previously been informed on July 22nd about what course of action to take if the surgery turned out to be unsuccessful. There was no guarantee of success, so it was a challenge—one we accepted—believing an experienced doctor would perform the surgery. However, that is not what happened; we had expected Dr. Mathew—a highly experienced doctor—to operate, but after the surgery, Dr. Jordan Bell appeared. He visited the hospital room and delivered a completely unexpected surprise.
He stated that *he* (Jordan Bell) had performed the surgery—the entire procedure—which shocked me. I wondered how a student with no experience could have operated on me. During post-surgery visits, there were various promises made regarding my vision, but they kept making excuses. I was told I would see clearly after six weeks. However, when that time passed, I still couldn't see as I should have. On September 21st—the date of the follow-up appointment—they suggested a second corneal surgery, saying they would implant a "very good" cornea this time. This raised the question: was the initial cornea defective, or was it the surgeon's mistake?
They refuse to admit the error or reveal the truth, choosing instead to hide the facts. Back on August 31st, I had been told that upon my return, my vision would be fully restored... It might look clear, but that hasn't happened; regarding the earlier appointments, the doctor gave various assurances—suggesting procedures like an air bubble or perhaps a corneal transplant—and made different recommendations.

According to the doctor, the gas bubbles have dried up—meaning they have dissipated—so there is no need to wait any longer for that. I have a follow-up appointment on September 21st; on that day, they want to assess my vision and see how well I can see. They also need to determine the next course of action regarding the damage caused to my eye. I am deeply worried because the outcome was poor, and I have lost my vision as a result; I do not know when it will return or how long it will take. They had intended to perform cataract surgery, but they are not explaining the reasons behind the current situation.

જ્યારે માર્ચ 3 ના રોજ આંખનું તપાસણી કરવામાં આવે છે તો તેમાં સૌથી મોટો અક્ષર એચ એ જોવામાં આવ્યો હતો થોડો સારો દેખાતો હતો પણ તેનાથી નાનું આંકડો ભરી દેખાતો હતો તો છેલ્લામાં છેલ્લો સૌથી મોટો અક્ષર તે ને વિઝન તે લોકો 20 સ્લેશ 300 ગણાય છે તે 300 વિઝન ગણાય છે તો તે નોંધવામાં આવ્યું તેના પરથી ભાઈઓએલ નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યો અને તે આયોજન 20 હતો હવે જો મોતિયો કાઢી નાખવામાં આવે તો તે આયુએલ 20 ના હોઈ શકે અથવા તો વિઝન 300 ના હોઈ શકે હવે કેટલીક નીકળી ગયા પછી તે વિઝન 300 નથી રહેતું. તે વિઝન ઓટોમેટિક ૨૦ અથવા તો 40 થઈ જાય છે તેની જાણકારી ડોક્ટરે નથી હોતી જાણકારી હોવી જોઈએ જરૂરી છે તો આવી રીતે ખોટો લેન્સ પણ નાખી દીધો છે તે લેન્સ કયો નાખ્યો છે તે બાબતમાં પૂછપરછ કરવામાં આવી તો અચાનક ચોકી ગયો કે ડોક્ટર મેચ કીધું કે 800 એટલે આ દિવસ હતો ઓગસ્ટનો બીજી તારીખ ત્રીજી તારીખ અને પછી વિચાર ન હોઈ શકે એટલે વિચાર્યા વગર જ જણાવી દીધું કે 800 છે ત્યાર પછી ફરીથી એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ મળી ઓગસ્ટ સાતમી તારીખે તો તે તારીખે પૂછવામાં આવ્યું તો ડોક્ટર જોડે કીધું કે તમારો આયો 20 સ્લેશ 300 છે હવે બધું વિચારવા જેવું છે કે આ બધી તરફથી પણ જાણકારી ખરેખર સાચી મળતી નથી તમારે વિચારવાનું છે કે તમે કઈ જગ્યાએ શું કરીને બેઠા છો અને આ બધું ઇન્ફોર્મેશન તો પેશન્ટને સર્જરી પહેલા આપી દેવી જોઈએ જે મળી નથી તો આ બધી એક જાતની સરપ્રાઈઝ છે હવે નવી વાત પાછી અલગ પડી જાય છે કે સપ્ટેમ્બર 17 મી તારીખે જ્યારે એ જ ટોલ્ડન બેલને પૂછવામાં આવ્યો કે ભાઈ કેટરીના સર્જરી કર્યા પછી ત્યાં કોઈક લેસ તો ગયો હશે ને તો એનું લેન્સનું દ્રષ્ટિ એટલે શું છે તો તેને અંદર 20 20 હવે આ ત્રીજું વસ્તુ છે જે અલગ પડી જાય છે એટલે એ લોકોને કશી જાણકારી જ નથી એટલે કોઈ જાતનું ડોક્યુમેન્ટ સાથે લઈને આવે તો માણસને સમજણ પડે કે તે લોકો શું કરી રહ્યા છે તો એમને જ્યારે ડૉ ઓફિસમાં આવે છે રૂમમાં ત્યારે તેની સાથે એક લેડીઝ હોય છે જે લેપટોપ લઈને ઊભી હોય છે ડોક્ટર આંખનું તપાસ કરે અને જે બોલે તે લેપટોપમાં નાખે છે તો સપ્ટેમ્બરની 21મી તારીખે તેમને પિન હો બોલ્યું પછી અપડેટ કર્યો હશે પણ પછી ડોક્ટર તો એવું કહે છે કે તમારે બીજી કોણીઓ સર્જરી કરવામાં આવશે તેવી બાબતમાં કોઈ ચર્ચા કરી નથી છુપાવે છે પોતાના મન ફાવે તેમ કરવા માંગે છે તો આઈ ગઈ જાતનો પણ ગુનો હોઈ શકે છે કે વારંવાર સર્જરી કરવા માટે માણસ તૈયાર થતો નથી અને સર્જરી કરવાથી આપને પણ નુકસાન થઈ શકે છે તો તેમની ફરીથી નવી સર્જરી ઊભી કરવાનું યોજના તૈયાર કરી છે તેમને પૈસા મળી રહે અને આ એક ગવર્મેન્ટનો ગેરકાયદેસર ગુનો તે ગોઠવી રહ્યા છે તેના માટે ગવર્મેન્ટ પસંદ કરતી નથી ખરેખર કડક પગલાં લેવા જોઈએ કે બીજાના સાથે સાથે શું રમકડા વિદ્યા કરે છે બીજું શરીર શું ખરેખર નાના બાળકનું રમકડું છે કે જે જેમ રમતમાં આવે તેમને તેમ પ્રમાણે રમાડી લે ને પછી છોડી દે ના એવું તો ના હોવું જોઈએ

Crucially, this information should have been disclosed to the patient *before* the surgery, yet it wasn't—resulting in an unpleasant surprise. The situation took another turn on September 17th; when asked about the vision outcome following the cataract surgery, the doctor claimed it was 20/20—a third, conflicting figure. There is a clear lack of consistent information. If they provided documentation, a person could understand what was actually happening. During consultations, a woman accompanies the doctor, standing with a laptop to record whatever the doctor says during the examination. On September 21st, he mentioned a figure—which was presumably updated—but then the doctor... It is alleged that they are concealing information and failing to discuss the necessity of further surgeries on the elbow, simply because they wish to act according to their own whims. This could amount to a serious offense; a patient is naturally reluctant to undergo repeated surgeries—which carry risks of harm—yet a plan is being devised to subject the patient to another procedure solely to generate revenue. This constitutes an illegal act, and the authorities should take strict action against such conduct. Is a human body merely a toy for a small child—something to be played with at will and then discarded? Certainly, that should not be the case.
