2019 people breaking houses in NC State

2019 violations raise in Charlotte NC areas 06-26-19 six houses broken and robed by criminal people.
Avidence is catch it  by one victim house victim wasn't at home 5:10 pm  victim got a call from stranger
He found his GPS navigator.
Victim thought some one playing with him.
7:44 pm victim got a call from Police officer his house are broken
Victim was driving at time and miles away from home.
Victim reported to police officer about stranger call

Victim visited 8:40 at nearest his nationality person who is staying in community. That person reported to victim at the time 7:00 pm he was going for walk and he showed police officer car and fire department truck

If they w(police officer and fire people) at home around 7:00 pm why he got a phonecall from Police officer call at 7:44 pm ?

Two day after victim visit police station
Inquiry about stranger call and he found Navigator.
Police officer said to victim his job end
This case going with detective
Victim ask police officer if he can get detective phone number.
