નવા માણસ મારી બાજુમાં બેઠો હતો એટલેપોસ્ટલ સર્વિસ નું રીટર્ન હોય છે જે મેલ મળી છે તેનું પ્રૂફ સામે વળી વ્યક્ત મેલ માળીયા પછી મોકલતી હોય છે જે એ કંઈ કામ કરે તે મને ખબર પડે કે શું કરે છે કદાચ ખોટું કામ કરતો હોય તો પણ ખ્યાલ આવી જાય કે એ કશું ખોટું કરી રહ્યો છું. કારણ કે તેના માટે બે માણસની વચ્ચે એક બાસ્કેટ ની અંદર કોરા કાગળિયા અને ઇન્વોલપે નાખવાના હોય છે . અને જ્યારે મેં એ ગાર્બેજની બાસ્કેટમાં જોયું તો મને ગ્રીન કાર્ડ મળ્યું કે જે ત્યાર પછી તેની ગ્રુપને જણાવવામાં આવ્યું તેને સમજાવ્યું કે કેવી રીતે કામ થાય થોડીવાર પછી તેને જે પોસ્ટ મૈલ નો ભાગ કાપવાનો હતો એ આખો નો જે ફોલ્ડ થાય છે ત્યાંથી અડધો ભાગ કાપવાનો હોય છે જેથી સ્ટેમ્પ અને એડ્ડ્રેસ દેખાય છે તે ભાગ તો પણ આ વ્યક્તિ એટલું વિચિત્ર હતું અને સ્ટેમ્પ વાળો એરીયા હતો અને એડ્રેસ આપો તેને કાપવાનુ ચાલુ નાનો ટુકડો કરી નાખીયો હતો એ કંપનીના કાયદા પ્રમાણે ખોટું હતું અને પ્રમાણે કામ થાય નહીં તો એ પણ ગ્રુપ લીડર ને જણાવી દીધું જે કંપનીના કાયદા પ્રમાણે બરાબર નથી એક ખાનું છે એટલે છે ત્યાં exapmtion ના કાગળિયા મુકવામાં આવે છે ત્યાં જોવા મળ્યું તો તેમની અમુક કામ કર્યું હતું ત્યાં તેને ચેક મોકલ્યા હતા અને કોપી છે જે વસ્તુ જતી હોય કોપી ચેક માં તેની જગ્યાએ પણ તેની ભૂલ હતી જે મને ખબર પડતા જ એને જણાવવામાં આવ્યું કે આવી રીતે કામ નથી થતું તેનું કારણ છે કે નવા માણસ છે તેના કારણે જે ખોટો ભૂલો કરે છે તે કંપનીના સુપરવાઇઝર થી ગ્રુપ ને મંજુર નથી તેના કહેવા પ્રમાણે બધા ભૂલ કરે છે અથવા તો કોઈ બીજી નાશનાલિટી થી ભૂલ થાય છે જે પ્રજા કાલીયા નથી નવા માણસો તેમનું ટ્રેનિંગ મળી છે કે મળી ગયી છે છતાં પણ માણસો આવી બધી ભૂલ કરતા હોય છે તમે શું કરો? તમે શું કરો કે ગ્રુપ લીડર કે ના હોય સુપરવાઇઝર પણ ના સમજતો હોય તો તમે શું કરો તેમના મગજમાં એવું છે કે આ બધી ભૂલો જુના માણસો પણ કરે છે પણ ઘણીવાર શું છે કે જૂના માણસો કામ કરતા હોય છે તે તેમની ભૂલો નથી હોતી પણ જ્યારે કામ વધી જતો હોય છે ત્યારે તે લોકો નવા માણસો બોલાવે છે અને માણસને ઘણા વધી જાય છે તે દિવસે આવી બધી બહુ ભૂલ નવા ઈમ્પ્લાઈએ તરફ થી જોવામાં આવે છે અને ભૂલો નીકળતી હોય છે અને આ વાતથી લોકોના સમજમાં નથી આવતી અમારા કાલીયા નિગર એટલે બેસ્ટ માં બેસ્ટ અમારા કાલી પ્રજા એટલે બેસ્ટ છે તેમ તે વિચારતી હતી તે સારામાં સારો કામ કરી બધાએ પણ આ માન્યતા ખોટી છે કાળીદાસ કાલીયા લોકો આફ્રિકન કાર્યાલકો આવી બધી ઘણી બધી ભૂલો કરતા હોય છે એમાં નવા નથી પણ એની જ પ્રજાના ગ્રુપ લીડર કે સુપરવાઇઝર હોય તેને એ પણ મંજૂર નથી કે તેમની પ્રજાવી ભૂલ કરે છે.

તમે જોબ પર જાવ એટલે જોબ પર કામ કરવાનું હોય છે કે મેઈલ ખોલવા ની હોય છે મેલ ખોલવાની હોય છે અને તેને પછી ફોર્મ હોય તો તેને જે પ્રમાણે ગોઠવવાનો હોય અને અલગ અલગ વર્ષના અલગ રાખવાના હોય છે અને જે પેમેન્ટ આવ્યું હોય તેને પ્રોસેસ કરવાનો હોય છે ના પેમેન્ટ આવ્યો હોય તો એને અલગ રાખવાનું હોય છે તેમાં રોજ સવારે મીટીંગ થાય અને મિટિંગમાં બોલે એ આજકાલ લોકો ઘણી બધી ભૂલ કરે છે અને એ લાગુ પડે છે નવા માણસોને જે નવા માણસો આવે જેને થી ને ટ્રેનિંગ આપવામાં આવે છે છતાં પણ ઘણી બધી ભૂલો કરતા હોય છે એમને જે નાખવાનું ગાર્બેજ ની અંદર નાખવાનું બ્લેન્ક કોરા કાગળિયા હોય તો ત્યાં નાખવામાં આવે છે વાઉચરને કાપીને સાથે આગળ પ્રોસેસ કરવામાં આવે છે તે અલગ રાખવામાં આવે છે તો તેને ફોર્મ આવ્યા હોય ડબલ્યુ ટુ ફોર્મ ( w 2)આવ્યા હોય તો તેને નાના size હોય તો આગળ સ્ટ્પપ્લેર મારી ને આગળ પ્રમાણે રાખવામાં આવે છે અને આખો પેજ હોય તો પાછળ તેને એડ્રેસ કરવામાં આવે છે પણ ઘણા લોકો આ વાતને સમજતા નથી હવે મિટિંગમાં જ્યારે એ સુપરવાઇઝર બોલે ત્યારે મારી સુપરવાઇઝરને મારી સામું જોઈને જ બોલવાનું થાય એ મને સામે જોઈને કે તે કહે તેથી બીજા બધા વ્યક્તિને લાગે કે હું ભૂલ કરું છું આજે મારે આ કામમાં 11 વર્ષ થઈ ગયા પણ આવી કોઈ ભૂલ કરતો નથી કરતો નથી પણ જ્યારે મેં મિટિંગ માં હું બોલિયો અને ઓક્ટોબર 25 મી તારીખે કહેવામાં આવ્યું કે આવી ભૂલ નવા માણસો કરી શકે છે તારે એમને આ વાતને મંજૂર નથી થઈને એ આ વાતને મંજૂર કેમ ના કર્યો એનું પણ કારણ છે કે આ પ્રજા છે આફ્રિકન કાલીયા અને ત્યાં વધારે લોકો કાલીયા કામ કરે છે એટલે એમને એમના પોતાના માણસો વાલા વહાલા છે તેમનું તેમનું કહેવું છે કે તેમના માણસ ભૂલ ના કરી શકે પણ બીજી દેશની પ્રજા ભૂલ કરી શકે એવી ખોટી માન્યતા હોય છે તેના લીધે મારા પર અસર થઈ શકે છે હું બીજા દેશમાંથી આવ્યો છું બરોબર સારું કામ કરવા છતાં પણ એનું મને કોઈ ઈજ્જત મળતી નથી એની કોઈ ક્રેડિટ મળતી નથી અને આવી રીતે દિવસો ના દિવસો પસાર થતા હોય છે તેના ઝાઝા ના અનુભવ થતા હોય છે પણ શું કરવાનું તમારે જે બહુમતી કાળીયાઓની અહીંયા છે તેની સાથે કામ કરીને તમારે જો આ થોડુંકે આવક મેળવવી હોય તોપછી તમારે કોઈ બીજું કોઈ ઉપાય છે નહીં.

આજે સવારે ક્રિસીસ મિનિસ્ટરી સવારે 10:30 વાગે જોવા માટે નીકળ્યા ત્યાં 11:00 વાગે પહોંચવાનું અને ત્યાર પછી ત્યાં પહોંચ્યા પછી પાર્કિંગ ન મળે તો પાર્કિંગ ફુલ હતું ફુલ હતું તો પણ કરીને પછી બહાર સુધી લાઈન હતી તે માણસ ઉપર લાઈનમાં રાહ જોતા હતા હવે કરવાનો શું રહેવું પડે ત્યારે અંદર નંબર આવે ત્યારે ત્યાં તમને બોલાવે તો 11 અંદરના નો થોડો ભાગને દરવાજામાં કંઈક સાત એક માણસ ઊભા રહ્યા હતા ત્યાર પછીના બીજા અંદરના દરવાજામાં હોલમાં જવાનું ત્યાં લાઈન લાગી હોય તો તે લાઈનને પસાર કરવામાં પણ ખાશો ટાઈમ લાગે એમ એમ કરતા 12:00 વાગી ગયા. 12:00 વાગે જ્યારે નંબર આવે ત્યારે તમને પૂછવામાં આવ્યો કે તમારો વોટર કપાઈ ગયું છે મિત્રો ના કાલે કપાઈ જવાની નોટિસ છે તો તેને કીધું કે કાલે આવજો. હવે થયું એવું કે આજે બીજો દિવસ હતો ગઈકાલે પણ મેં ત્યાં ગયો હતો અને ત્યાં તેમને મને એપ્લિકેશન તમને ઘરે લઈ જવા માટે કહ્યું હતું અને બીજી દિવસે લાવવાનું કીધું હતું તો આજે બીજે દિવસે એપ્લિકેશન લઈ ગયો તો હવે પાછું ત્રીજે દિવસે સવારના વહેલા ઉઠીને કે જે લાઇનમાં ઊભા રહેવાનું અને તમારે 10 વાગ્યા પહેલા લાઈન શરૂ થાય ડોર ખુલે એ પહેલા તમારે લાઈનમાં હોવા જોઈએ તો તમને અંદર એવું કહેવું છે અથવા તો પાણી ડીશકનેક્ટ થઈ જાય તો થયા પછી તમે આવજો તો તયાંથી જણાવવામાં આવ્યુ કે તમે કાલે આવજો એટલે આજે 30મી તારીખ અને ગુરુવાર છે તો બીજી તારીખે શનિવારે ડિસ્કનેક્ટ થવાનું છે અને બહુ ત્રાસ વધી ગયો છે.

29 તારીખે નવેમ્બરે હું ઘર માં મારી વોટર કાપવાની નોટિસ મેં બતાવી હતી ત્યારે ત્યાંથી મને એપ્લિકેશન આપવામાં આવી હતી અને કહેવામાં આવ્યું હતું કે બીજે દિવસે સવારે દસ વાગે ત્યાં હું પહોંચ્યો હતો ત્યાં ત્યાં બહારના ભાગમાં પણ લાઈન હતી તો દરવાજાની ડોર પર અંદર જતા ઘણા બધા ટાઈમ થઈ ગયો એ 12:00 વાગી જાય ત્યારે 12:00 વાગે મને આજે 30 તારીખે કહેવામાં આવ્યું કે તમારા વોટ થયો છે એવું ના નથી થયું. મેં કહ્યું હોટલ ડિસ્કનિક નથી થયું તેથી તેમની આગળ કાર્યવાહી નથી કરી અને કહેવામાં આવે છે કારણ કે કાલે સવારે આવજો અને વહેલા બાદ આવીને લાઈનમાં ઊભા રહેજો અને મારી પાછળ પણ ઘણા બધા લોકો લાઈનમાં હતા તેમના એ લોકોએ શું કરીએ તો ખબર નથી પણ મને ખોટી રીતે પાછો ઘરે મોકલવામાં આવ્યો છે એવું લાગે છે તમારે સાથે અન્ય થઈ રહ્યો છે તેની નોંધ લેવી કે આવું ન કરવું જોઈએ તો મને ભલામણ છે કે હવે જે પાણીની થવાની નોટિસ આવી છે તો તેના માટે મને આગળ મદદ કરજો
