   I got a ask By NC esc officer "question" why did not file NCESC during November to january24.2016
   NCESC mess up with this case when they heard I visit India and not file weekly certification and personal issue
   They were report to my staffing agency at sappenfield staffing
   I visited sappenfild staffing and ask them to start back work at stamp source, they report me they do not have any work in stamp source
   I also report them to contact me back when any work available in other company
   according to president he said he do not have any contract with other company
   I called to sappenfild next week and following other week until phone hearing
   sappenfield reported to judge I never contact to sappenfield and I 'quit" job
   this false information cause me in trouble my unemployment benefit decline
